Returns Policy:
A faulty product is identified as product/s that arrived to the customer damaged, or in a form unfit for its advertised intended use.
If you receive a faulty product, Lujoso will provide an exchange or refund including freight to the value of the faulty product/s following the product's return to Lujoso.
Customers must communicate any product fault within a suitable time frame of purchase of the product/s in order to qualify for an exchange or refund.
